RETURNS

Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. must be notified of defective products within 7 days of receipt.  The defective un-opened product should be returned immediately, and will be accepted and replaced with a new item.  Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. will pay the shipping cost associated with the replacement. If you choose to return the un-opened product and not receive a new one you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

 

It is rare that Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. sends out the wrong products. We double check every order. However, if you receive an incorrect order, you must notify Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. within two days of delivery, and return the incorrect product.  Upon receipt of this product, Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. will send out the correct item, and pay for the shipping cost.  After five days a 25% restocking fee will be charged and we will not pay for shipping.

 

If you have ordered the wrong product you must notify Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. within 2 days of receipt in order to be eligible for return. The customer will pay all shipping charges associated with the return. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged to these returns. All items returned must be in their original packaging.

 

If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it for a different item, you must notify Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. within 2 days of receipt in order to be eligible for the return.  The customer will place a separate order for replacement parts and pay all shipping charges associated with the exchange.  You will not be charged 20% restocking fee for the items returned. All items returned must be in their original packaging un-opened.

 

Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. must be notified of all cancellations via e-mail.  If Backflow Parts Depot, Inc. is notified of a cancellation prior to an item shipping there will be no re-stocking fee.  However, after an item ships there will be a 25% re-stocking fee and the customer must pay for all shipping associated with this return.
